Frank Molinar is a Certified Financial Planner™ with over 30 years experience, a prolific and motivating speaker, author and a financial counselor supporting thousands of service members, veterans, and their families. He’s also trained for the Department of Defense, the Arizona Attorney General’s Office, the Arizona Department of Veteran Services, and multiple veteran service organizations. He founded Richer Lives Press to launch break-through approaches in support of anyone interested in permanently turning their financial lives around.
